Tour packages are confirmed upon a receipt of 20 % deposit of the total costs.
The balance is payable in full cash (USD) or via transaction seven days prior the begin of the safari.
 

Cancellation policy

To cover the costs of scheduling, processing the booking and cancelling it, we apply a cancellation fee of 20% of the total costs of your safari, if your cancellation has been made more than 30 days prior your booked safari.
In case of a cancellation 30 or less days before the booked safari Salt and Pepper applies a cancellation fee of 50% of the total costs.
